InspectorPRO can provide coverage in four forms; General Liability, E&O, Inspection Equipment, and Crime/Fidelity coverage. General Liability can provide protection when someone or something is injured (such as children falling from a ladder used for a roof inspection). Errors & Omissions (E&O) can provide protection for a financial injury someone sustains due to your services, or lack thereof. An example of E&O coverage would be failing to notice a chimney which needs repair and the new homeowner now needs to pay to replace it. Inspection Equipment coverage provides coverage for you equipment should it be stolen from a locked home during the course of a test or inspection. Crime/Fidelity coverage can provide protection for claims arising out of your employees theft of another’s property.
